If Goods are returned due to damage or manufacture issues within 14 days from the date of purchase, we shall offer Credit note or Refund of the invoice value, provided the following conditions are maintained:

• Goods are free from any Scratch or Damage
• Goods are un-used and NOT installed
• All spare parts & accessories are returned in original packing along with the Packed Items.
• Goods are NOT opened OR repacked in the Original Packing.
• Original Invoice is mandatory for the Exchange / Credit note / Refund.
• UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, we shall be able to honor any request for Exchange / Refunds or Credit Note if the above points are not followed.
• NO Exchange / Credit Note Or Refund for Made of Measure products like Blinds, Curtains ,Parquet , Tiles after laying , Installed Gazebos, Wallpapers shall be entertained.
